Refund Policy

Due to the highly specific nature of our products, we offer a 10/30 return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Authorized return requests will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged and with the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to submit a refund request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Transit Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the situation and make reasonable accommodations where applicable. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom ordered products (such as special non-catalog orders or personalized items) are non-returnable. Used parts and Closeout Sale items are also non-returnable. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@Fabworkz.com.
